Help Wanted

I'm looking for someone that can do floor finishing. The contractor that built our place walked away without finishing the loft floor (1 of many things not done). I'm looking for someone with experience in sanding and finishing. The floor is  t&g pine and is new. It requires sanding and applying a coating like Verathane or Fabulon. We're located at far west end of the Island.
